After an install attempt we received an error that pointed to a setup log file as follows:
When checking the log, after scrolling to the bottom of the document you will see the text "URLDownloadToCacheFile failed with HRESULT ‘-2146697208’
The fix for this was found here - but follow the below steps to resolve the error.

Open the Registry by clicking on the Start button and searching “RegEdit”

Navigate to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings and within that folder locate the item called “DisableCachingOfSSLPages”
- Right click on DisableCachingOfSSLPages and click “Modify” and the below dialog will pop up. This value may be “1”, so change that value to “0” and click OK.
- DisableCachingOfSSLPages should now say 0x00000000 (0)

Once this is completed, delete the .exe file and re-download from online.cremodels.com

Upon running this you should be all set, but in some cases you may get the below error:
