It’s common to see an error like the below that says “Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: entryValue” or “Parameter name: entry Value”
When you see this error, follow the above steps and make sure ALL antivirus is disabled. Most commonly this error occurs when Webroot is installed on the computer. When this occurs, their IT provider needs to follow these steps to run a fresh install.
