CRE Suite Error Message - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

There is a pretty simple fix to the following error message

“Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

1. Log out of the Add-In
2. Close out of all Excel windows entirely. If this error is from the Word add in, instead close all Word documents.
3. Restart your computer
4. Re-open Excel and Word
5. Log in
